My daughter and I had the chicken and shrimp tacos and they were delectable!! They were stuffed full of goodness (the menu description doesn't do it justice) and the fries.. oh the fries, so good. My daughter said they were some of the best fries she's ever had. They also had live music which was the perfect cherry on top. I almost forgot.. the "vern" sauce is pairs well with just about anything that you'd normally dip.
We visited VERN with another couple on a Saturday evening for dinner! This gem of a restaurant is not to be missed! The staff is so friendly , attentive and the service was fabulous! Everyone's drinks, appetizers and dinners were absolutely so fresh and delicious! Beautiful views and an added treat - they have live music! Run, don't walk to check out VERN!
Had the NY Strip pan seared, it was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing! The roasted potatoes were to die for and the wings were the best I have had on Long Island. It was my first time going to this restaurant and I will definitely be coming back! Service was also fantastic!
